The location and the convenience of the shuttle bus to Heathrow is a bonus but it is also a really good hotel with very well-trained staff.

perfect location easy bus ride from outside hotel to Hatton Cross tube station £2 then directly into central London £6, easy regular bus to Twickenham from outside hotel and only £2 with one easy change at Hounslow Central plus hotel half price compared to central London, If your a rugby fan and go to Twickenham leaving from central London is a nightmare with thousands of people packed onto trains if you stay here your going west to east it’s quiet and easy you can arrive at any time that suits you with no stress at all

Excellent location, very close to the airport. Ideal for overnight Heathrow layovers or catching an early flight. Depending on the room's orientation, you can see the runway and planes taking off through the window. Room was decent sized and cozy, the bed was comfortable. Everything you probably need for a one-night stay such as I had.

Close to the airport, easy to find. Rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. Beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was good value for money and staff were really friendly and helpful. Booked an Uber via the hotel and it was cheaper than if we’d booked it ourselves and was there within 2 minutes.

It is always a friendly place and despite it being super busy because a conference was going on, I was still helped when needed. Two friends came to meet me and have dinner but parking was very difficult due to the conference but the staff assured us that she could park where ever she could find as long as it was not blocking anyone and no one would get a ticket. This was a bonus as she did have to park awkwardly but the car was safe and out of the way. I have just booked another night for the end of August.

The lady on reception when I arrived was excellent. The concierge ( Charlie) was also excellent and provided information about getting to the airport which saved me money.

The Hotel is good ( brand Name ) but the services were worst . Staffs very uncooperative. Nobody cares for anything. I felt , if next time I will go there , I will carry my food from home, because they don’t provide even a biscuit or sandwich after 10 pm . The Room phone is useless - nobody attends the call on any number even EMERGENCY NUMBER 6666 😂😂Worst experience in my life .
